It is often said that some of the best investment returns are achieved upon entering the transaction – at the negotiating table before the purchase contract is finalised!

Our assistance in making sure that you secure your property at the lowest possible price means less of your hard-earned capital is used and you can achieve a better return on your investment in the long-term.

We are professionals in the property market. We have access to sales data in all areas where we are negotiating to buy property. We use this data and our local market knowledge to guide our clients on what a property is worth. Prior to entering contract negotiations on any property, we provide all of our clients with a Comparative Market Appraisal which contains factual information about similar properties. This takes away a lot of the guess work about what your upper-limit on a property of interest should be.

Professional Negotiation Skills

Your 6-Point advisor is experienced in negotiation. Whilst we don’t sell properties, we have a clear understanding about the motives of the selling real estate agent and a lot of the tactics which they might employ to force your price up. We don’t have any emotional attachment to property; we are only interested in helping you to maximize your return on your investment. We get results!

Upon identifying a quality property which we hope to secure for you, your 6-Point Property advisor will discuss with you an extra due diligence (inspections, etc) which might be appropriate to conduct. We will also seek your instructions as to how contract negations are to be conducted. Strategies such as the initial offer price, your upper-limit, non-negotiable contract conditions, etc are all agreed upon in advance. After all, it’s your money which is being invested so you are in complete control. Our role is to help you maximize the result!
