2009 Property Hot Spots Revealed

Hot spots represent those suburbs that are most likely to record a favourable capital growth over the next 12 months, based on location, amenities and social environment. These spots are driven by falling interest rates, increasing affordability, rising rental rates and a shortage of housing.
